This Privacy Policy (“Policy”) governs the manner in which Instant Global Paytech Private Limited (the “Company” or “We”) collects, gains access to, uses, maintains, and discloses information including personal information of the users (each, a “User”) of various services (“Services”) provided by the Company, either through the website of the Company or through mobile applications or through the Agent/Distributor portal or network telecom operators. Please note that the scope of this Policy is limited to the aforesaid information collected or received by the Company through your use of the Services. By using the Service, you are expressing your agreement to this Policy and the processing of your information, including your personal information, in the manner provided in this Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service and do not provide the permissions when specifically asked by the Company.

Go Payments takes privacy and data protection issues seriously. We have designed this Privacy Policy to explain how we handle personally identifiable information collected from Sub-Merchants who register for services and submit information to Go Payments through the Internet. Legal Basis for Processing:

We process personal data only under the following legal bases:

  1. Consent - When you voluntarily provide your information and consent to its processing.
  2. Legitimate Uses Under the DPDP Act, 2023 - Including fraud prevention, network and information security, service improvement, regulatory requirements that fall under “legitimate uses,” dispute resolution, error detection, and enforcing legal rights.

Scope of this Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy covers Go Payments’ treatment of personally identifiable information collected from Sub-Merchants who use the Go Payments payment platform, as well as consumer information that we acquire in the course of our business. This Policy also covers the treatment of personally identifiable information that Go Payments’ back-end technology providers/partners may share with it.

This Policy does not apply to the practices of companies that Go Payments does not own or control, or to people that Go Payments does not employ or manage.

Objectives:

  1. Provide consumers notice of our information practices
  2. Offer consumers choices as to how their information is used beyond the purpose for which the information was provided.
  3. Offer consumers reasonable access to their information and an opportunity to correct inaccuracies.

Go Payments respects your privacy and wants to promote trust and confidence on the internet. As such, Go Payments feels it is necessary to disclose to you what information this site collects and tracks and what we do with the information that we collect.

Information security is critical to our business. We work to protect the security of your information during transmission by using Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) software, which encrypts information you input. We store information gathered on secure computers. The number of employees involved in the management of the private cloud data center that have access to these computers is limited. We use advanced security technology to prevent our computers from being accessed by unauthorized persons. It is important for you (Sub-Merchant) to protect against unauthorized access to your Login ID/password and to your computer.

Collection of Information

Go Payments collects personal information on Sub-Merchants through the Sub-Merchant registration process, the service agreement executed, and various documents submitted as required from time to time. Go Payments asks customers to supply personal data when placing a payment request, such as name and address, telephone number, and email address. Go Payments uses this data only for fulfilling the payment request or communicating the status of a transaction.

We collect the following data:

  1. Sub-Merchant registration details
  2. Transaction details (payment amount, date and time of transaction, payment method, etc.)
  3. Device and browser information (IP address, browser type, operating system, etc.)

We use this data in aggregate for improving services, analytics, demographics, and resource allocation.

Data Transfer & Storage Location

Go Payments does NOT transfer any personal data outside India.

All data is stored, processed, transmitted, backed up, and retained exclusively within India.

All service providers, partners, banks, KYC agencies, and infrastructure vendors are located within India.

Security of Information

Go Payments uses reasonable precautions to keep the personal information disclosed to us secure and will not disclose this information except as permitted under law or under legitimate uses defined under the DPDP Act, 2023. Information may be shared for fraud protection and risk reduction.

We do not distribute data for marketing purposes. Data is shared only:

  1. With your consent
  2. As necessary to provide services
  3. With companies working on our behalf (bound by strict confidentiality)

Personally identifiable customer information is shared with acquiring banks and processors as necessary for payment processing.

We are not responsible for third-party privacy practices.

User Access & Corrections

Sub-Merchants can log into the Merchant Login page to view or correct their personal information, transaction data, and customer billing/shipping details.

Legal Compliance

We respond to lawful requests such as subpoenas, warrants, or court orders. We may disclose data to law enforcement where users are found violating our content guidelines or using our services for illegal activities.

Behaviour of Third Parties

Go Payments does not control the actions of Sub-Merchants or visitors. If personal information is disclosed to third parties, others may misuse it. Report misuse to support@go.ooo

Children’s Data

Go Payments services may only be used by individuals above 18 years of age.

If children’s data is ever collected:

  1. Parental/legal guardian consent will be obtained
  2. A verification mechanism will be used
